Hello Everyone,

We depart from Georgia on Mark Coppinger's eclipse expedition in just ten days. Please could I ask you to reply to this email with your name (first and last of each member in your party). If there are other members in your party on the eclipse expedition, could you also please reply with their name(s) and email addresses, if different. I need names and emails for our eclipse chat forum: http://fer3.com/eclipse/.

A note of introduction: I'm Frank Reed. A few of you may have met me on one of Mark's stargazing cruises which I have been working for several years under Mark's leadership. I'm also joining the eclipse expedition next week as "staff astronomer" and all around "facilitator" --astronomer and "gofer" :). I'm also serving as "tech coordinator"... Hence this email.

I have created a chat and messaging forum for us, called simply "Eclipse", which you can visit at http://fer3.com/eclipse/. Post a message, ask a question, interact as you wish. :) All of you on Mark's eclipse expedition have been pre-registered as members. I would like to update the list with your actual names. As mentioned above, please could I ask you to reply to this email with your name (first and last of each member in your party).
