I have frequently encountered these on e-bay. Failing that, there are several reputable used sextant firms within the US of A; one of them being Robert E. White & Sons out of Boston. I haven't got the web address handy but if you google them you will find the URL.
One interesting thing you might find is that on many of the sextants I have seen, the swastika has been ground out of the eagle insignia which is engraved on the index arm. This may or may not decrease its value as a purely collector's item.
