The closest I can think of is uWatch, here is a direct link http://www.calcwatch.com/ (simple google finds uWatch smartwatch/app which is not what you want).
Unfortunatley the technology is at least 10 years old and the kits are no loger available, but it is still doable.
Or at least may serve as a starting point.
