This one is out of production, but if you can find one at a reasonable price, maybe, maybe not, consider the HP 11C. HP also continues to offer "slide rule" type calulators, one current I think model offering the "virtue of RPN entry and Algebraic Keyboard type, ala TI among others. I kike RPN, but that's just me.
As to watchs, I've had a Casio GShock Atomic watch for several years now. It's got all manner of features, most of which I'm not familiar with, however in-so-far as I can tell, it keeps absolutely accurate time, to the second, and the following might prove of interest, it can display local and Greenwhich time simultaneously.
