There is a nice 1962 cased facsimile of the Italian version (Venice 1555) that shows up from time to time, but there are lots of available (and inexpensive) copies of the Ursula Lamb (1972) translation of Medina's earlier Libro de Cosmographia on ABE and elsewhere. Search "Navigator's Universe" on ABE -- I just looked and there are 29 copies up at the moment. It is a fascinating read, not just for the translation but also the accompanying commentaries. http://www.abebooks.com/servlet/SearchResults?bi=0&bx=off&ds=30&sortby=2&sts=t&tn=navigator%27s+universe&x=0&y=0 -p On Mar 21, 8:20am, Wolfgang Kbererwrote: > Nicols, > The first copy isn't too expensive (8 Euros).
