An addendum: The two copies of the English translation of the "Arte de navegar" that Nicol�s and I mentioned can be downloaded from "Early English Books Online". A library close to you may have subscribed to that. In Germany you can even subscribe to that as a private person and free of charge. It was only reprinted once. You will find a 1595 copy at the British Library under shelfmark C.118.c.12 ("The arte of navigation, wherin is contained, all the rules, declarations, secrets, and aduises, which for good nauigation are necessary, and ought to be knowen and practised ...
