Your problem is with the Azimuths. They are obviously not measured but rather calculated. For the first morning sight the azimuth would be around 120d. This a rough guess not taking into account any sextant altitude corrections, but that result is too far from 90 for the 90 value to be right.
Check your azimuth calculations.
