Dan- Less expensive than the Citizen solar watches is the Casio solar/atomic. It looks a bit clunky IMO but sells for about $100. Sets daily via radio atomic time signals (at least here in the US) and has solar power, no batteries needed. There are others from other makers selling for around the same price, possibly $65-75 range too.
