    Here's 15 slide rule steps to do Bygrave.  I'd call it a tie with Gary's 16 
    counting his first two as really one.  The T (tangent) scale gets a little 
    confusing at angles above 45.
    
    line up T with D, set cursor at d on T
    move t on red S to cursor
    move corsor to index on S
    line up T with D, read y on T at cursor: =>y
    calculate Y=y+90-Lat:  =>Y
    set cursor at t on T
    set index on cursor
    move cursor to red y on S
    move Y on red S to cursor
    read red T at right D index:  =>AZ
    line up T with D, move cursor to red Az on S
    move index on T to cursor
    move Y on T to cursor
    move cursor to value at index on DI
