    Well, I have room for another degree on longitude, so that's okay :)
    But couldn't one just do what I suggested, i.e. draw lines one degree apart,
    then draew lines 1/2 degree apart, and then rename these to be degrees, and
    halve the numbers? Should work, and the angles won't change. Now, I am very
    very very lame at geometry (and that's an understatement) which is why I
    asked.
