    Hello Randall,

    I processed your very nice set of observations and established your position as:
    N    35d 18.5'
    W 119d 06.8'

    During the process I only made these few changes to your data:
    Mars GHA: 71d 54.4'
    Mars Dec: N 16d 29.2'
    Rigel GHA: 132d 49.5'
    I assumed that you were stationary while taking the sights.

    I attach Moon's GP and altitude correction calculations and then the final position calculation, which is based on the algorithm described in the Nautical Almanac.

    Thanks for the feedback on correcting plotting. FYI here is the data for the 10/21 round of sights. The form is for pub 229 I made from examples in Hobb's and Dutton's.
