Nice, Bob! I wish you had removed the other bizarre Martelli-isms. Then it would just be a nice, average short method. I suppose though, it would then be difficult to name. I considered doing this myself. I have the tools all set up to generate tables like this for my classes, but I couldn't think of anyone that would benefit from it except three or four NavList members.
Would you object to me re-naming your modified tables (after a week maybe) to Martelli-Bernecky-Tables.pdf or Martell-Tables-modified.pdf? That way, if someone comes along looking through the NavList archive (they will), they will get a clue from the name that these are not the original tables.
