I think once you get the hang of it it will not take that long to level.
You might want to take two of the screws on one side and consolidate them as a single screw in the middle.
Put your level vial on the mirror or try a plumb bob off to the side and observe the reflection and the plumb bob string at the same time. If they look straight from two sides then the mirror is level.
