    I forgot to say that this is one of those books digitized by Google 
    which doesn't appear when you search their archive. At least, I don't 
    see it, though other editions show up.
    I've seen this happen before. If you go to the archive.org URL above, on 
    the left side of the page is a box which says "View the book". It has a 
    link to the book at Google. The Google online reader is much faster than 
    the one at archive.org if you have a low speed connection.
    The Stolze book is also on Google.
    I filter out messages with attachments or HTML.
