Brooke- That was my understanding, that the correction string (what is it, broadcast once every 14 minutes or something?) in the GPS system kept the time shown coordinated with UTC. But the article referenced claims a 13 second difference...which shouldn't matter if the system is correcting for it. I've got to speak to Seiko or Casio about getting a special digital watch made up just for me. The display changes once every season, the alarm goes off four times a year to mark the solstices and equinoxes. "What time is it Mister?" "Late spring, early 21st century." Hey, sometimes that's all I need or want to know.
