There's a neat app by the guy who wrote Pocket Universe (I think Frank Reed mentioned that before) called SkyTime giving Local Time or UTC in digital format also Julian Date and Local Sidereal Time.
Another app - Emerald Time - also displays local time or UTC "obtained from Network Protocol Servers when the device is connected to the Internet.
