When evaluating the package, the price of the practice bubble scope is lower than stated. $49 US. Looking at the 3.5X scope, it is either less than 1 1/2 years old, or older. At the $500 price point, the whole package is probably close to what the seller paid if the sextant has a lower serial number than a 1-2 year old IIIB (the latest model if one ignores the recently-introduced profession version). Perhaps a good buy if in excellent condition, but no steal. Bill
