    As you noted, the equinox occurred at 0648 GMT this morning. At 72W
    longitude, that is 0200 LMT, so the Sun cannot have been on that
    meridian at the time.
    
    Sun's GHA at 0648 GMT this morning was 220degrees 7.7', which would
    place it over the 139degree 52.3' East meridian -- roughly the meridian
    of Adelaide, South Australia.
