The bugs were in the Fortran code at the SOFA site, so I inherited them. These affect star catalog coordinate transformations between the Hipparcos and FK5 systems. If you don't call these functions directly, the bugs have no effect. The SOFA people have corrected the source code, but I haven't recompiled SofaJpl for Win32. Not worth the bother since I no longer use that DLL.
