    True enough.

    But may I humbly reply that just because this DoubleBubble is not sold it would NOT work.

    I can think of many reasons why it was not sold, including: lack of need, materials used (mercury), price, legal issues, poor marketing, weight, bad implementation etc.

    While I do not voucher for the implementation I can assure you that the idea is correct.

    I've never seen one of these for sale on ebay nor have I ever seen a
