    Alan, that book seems to exist only as a copyright entry which was then copied into the amazon catalog. It's listed as 46 pages and no publisher other than the author, so presumably self-published. In 1966, that could have been as primitive as a few dozen photocopies of a manually typed document. There's nothing intrinsically wrong with that in terms of content --but it may simply be the case that the entire "print run" no longer exists. What got you interested in it, if I may ask?
