If you live in Europe I can overhaul your (future) instrument as best as I can if you wish, although it implies additionnal shipping costs back and forth that might not be worth the instrument value. I already have successfully overhauled 4 of them. As for the value I would say 50$ or so for an instrument with no obvious flaws in need of an overhaul. For an overhauled instrument (calibration is always a problem), it could be 100 to 200$ or even more depending of the completeness of the set (case with accessories, calibration sheet...).
