Like Bill and Lars, I'm getting two solutions. One is off the coast of Baja California at 24° 46' N, 112° 58' W.

My other solution is in the U.S. (barely), at 32° 00' N, 108° 59' W, so it fits with the puzzle Dave posed. This spot is in New Mexico, about 3 nautical miles east of the Arizona border and 19 nautical miles due east of the Chiricahua National Monument.
