    In the Taumotus Islands, French Polynesia

    No need to use an app.  Sun's declination is S16°41' and the Sun is described at zenith.  Therefore, declination equals latitude.  Scan list of Pacific Atolls with google.  Find match and confirm island shape.

And at that time it would be appropriate to do your navigation using the USN's celestial navigation app that we have recently discussed and which a few of us experimented with in the planetarium at Mystic Seaport two weeks ago.
