Has anyone heard of a Yoder Sextant? There is one on eBay right now. It's a lovely looking piece of work. Perhaps a copy of a vernier sextant of a previous age? A puzzling feature is the markings on the vernier (see attachments) which has °s where I would expect 's. As I read it, the vernier is accurately showing a reading of 13°30'. This might be an appealing alternative to a plastic sextant. -Hewitt --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Navigation List archive: www.fer3.com/arc To post, email NavList@fer3.com To , email NavList-@fer3.com -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
