Try putting the Hc at the bottom and reading the minutes on the right going up. Start with 89° under 359°.

I decided to add a little convenience to the table: for the range of possible Zenith Distances (0°~90°) there is an upper row with the corresponding values of HC (90°~0°). When one does an arc-haversine convertion he may obtain both the ZD (upper bold raw of degrees and left column of arcminutes) and its' HC (upper italics raw of degrees and right column of arcminutes). The arrows near the HC label remind from where to read the value.
