Re: Would you recommend TI-83 Plus?

    Dear Herman,

Thanks for the feedback on TI-83 vs TI-89.

On a flee-market I see the TI-83+ for just under USD35, all the TI-89's are way too expensive (if the shipment costs is considered). I'd like to be able to store few formulas related to SR, because my current Casio fx-85ES+ requires to re-enter them on every power-up.

I've studied the TI-83 vs TI-89 feature comparison table, yes, TI-83 is not StarPilot-compatible (and more importantly - SP is way too expensive!). As I was some time ago capable of writing in i8080 assemby - I hope to hack an SR app myself, just for the fun of it.

    Warm regards,

    Tony
