I found online the 1791 ninth edition of Moore's Practical Navigator and have attached a relevant page.
Bligh would have had the eighth edition; I don't know how complete a table would have been included.

Many sailing directions and nautical tomes from the era had a list of important ports and their coordinates.  Bligh's purported memory may have been nothing more than a table lookup

After his return to England, Bligh was less than candid about a few details.  He had a Ramsden sextant and Mr Fryer a sextant.  They also had a watch and a copy of Moore's Practical Navigator.
