The expedition vessel was stalled last night. I assume they're having issues with ice. They're underway again now (or recently) moving west at 8 knots. Before then, they were running at 16 or 17 knots. Their position two hours ago was about 110 nautical miles east of, what I call, the "Endurance Memorial Position". I would expect they will be able to start search operations shortly after arriving on-site, so probably less than 24 hours from now if the weather and the ice floes cooperate. I'm including an image of the latest position update. I'm also adding a hint --an image of a bit of my project for the team which I worked on rather feverishly, twelve hours a day for the past four days. It's Occult Science among the Mountains of the Moon... Spooky, huh? :)
