Aha. That's Don Knotts in one of his madcap farces from the mid-1960s, The Reluctant Astrologer. Promotional poster attached. It's really hard to find, but I highly recommend it. You may be able to watch it on Netflix. In the photo, Knotts is manipulating an enchanted armillary sphere. The armillary sphere is possessed by the spirit of his grandfather and offers advice on love. Comedy ensues!
