When did the Atumnal Equinox occure this year?

I want to find the Universal Time for the Autumnal Equinox in 2019.
There is likely a straightforward way to explain the relationship and process for determining that time. I would like to hear the explanation.
I suspect that there are relationships that can be made using the daily pages in the Nautical Almanac and have accordingly determined that the autumnal equinox occurred at 0748 UT, 2019.
I would like to know if I got close to the actual time and I would like to know the best method to obtain the answer.
