    Disagree, Bill. Think they are inextricably intertwined: inseparable,
    and mutually dependent.

    I'm not the only one to think so. In French the verb 'naviguer' means
    roughly 'to sail', or to conduct a vessel across the water using all
    the skills, experience and wisdom this activity requires.
