    Heh... at least here in SoCal anything built in the past 20 years or so
    has to conform to a fairly strict earthquake code, so at least we've
    got a pretty good chance of surviving a strong shaker - your part of
    the country I'm not so sure about.
    
    But then again, if the ground moves far enough you might be able to put
    your celnav skills to good use in determining your new location... ;-)
