Re: What Watch Features for Celestial Navigation?

    Here is my take:

    Dual time zone: digital/analogue
    bulletproof (figuratively speaking) and waterproof
    hack feature
able to view in the dark
    predictable rate of change

Optional: I personally prefer a stainless steel case.

The closest I have come to this is the Seiko Sports 150 that I bought 24 years ago. The thing is indestructable and believe me, I have put it through hell.

Unfortunately, my near vision was much better 24 years ago than it is now and even though my trusty Seiko is still ticking away, I cannot see the small digital GMT readout without my glasses and the glow in the dark markers have lost their oomph.
