That may be true.
My Class A is measured 8 times every 15 degrees to 120 degrees.
Yours is too. I note the 1 arc minute at 120 degrees, which pushes the limit in accuracy to 1', from 30".
The class B is every 30 degrees. I note one other, maybe significant, delta. The cert is only to 105 degrees. Perhaps 120 (+) is required!
