    Hi Tony,
I bought a volume or two of the Weems Charts and  tried to match the printed version - http://fer3.com/arc/m2.aspx/Weems-Star-Altitude-Curves-MurrayPeake-nov-2017-g40651 posts the code and an example of the output. As far as I can see it produces pretty much identical curves to the original. There were two versions I think - the RAF version and the USAAF version - the USAAF version had LST on the x-axis, the RAF version had something else which escapes me...
I think the Weems Curves are a pretty neat solution for aircraft where visibility is not obscured by clouds and the speed of travel requires a quick and not over-precise fix.

    Dear Murray,

Some time ago you've posted a code snippet and a sample of the Weems Star Altitude Curves.

What has become of this project?

    Thank you in advance.

    Warm regards,
