Hello to all,
To my surprise, I am currently unable to connect to the USNO on-line sight reduction site. Has it been discontinued, or ... did it ever exist in the past ?
I am aware of a few other such sights reduction sites, but probably not of all of them. Does anybody on NavList have a complete list of the various on-line sight reduction sites, including Government ones if any ?
