    Lisa,
    Just look at the time of the eclipse (p. 5 of the almanac)
    the time is GMT, of course,
    and then on the daily page in the same almanach under
    your latitude, right side of the odd page, where
    it shows the moonrise and moonset on your latitude.
    If the eclipse is within these limits, you can see it.
    Then convert GMT to your local time and
    be ready with your binoculars.
    
    Now I am tired and it is late, so I
    have to go to sleep, but if you don't
    have your
    almanach with you, or if my directions are confusing,
    write me your
    latitudde and longitude
    and time zone, and I will figure out for you tomorrow morning.
    (say at 10 a.m. my local time when I usually first check my e-mail:-)
    There will be still plenty of time to the eclipse.
