There is no problem with the Nav-L Mail list, webkahuna.com is hosting it free. The mail list just needs someone (owner/co-owner) to oversee it.
The Nav-l WEB PAGE and the related files need a server for a home. Right now it is costing me $85.00 per month. And I want to do more sailing in my boat which is time away from the internet and monitoring the list.
