George: You need NGIA Sailing Directions Publication 146 (2008) Newfoundland, Labrador & Hudson Bay. You can view or download a pdf at http://www.nga.mil/portal/site/maritime/ Using a recent version of Acrobat (I used Acrobat 8 professional) you can do a search in the search box and find everything known about Virgin Rocks. Otherwise the good stuff is on page 100. Not a good place to be.
