Can the experts on this list help me out by answering the following: what equipment is REQUIRED on an uninspected vessel of more than 12 but less than 20 meters? Specifically, a bell or whistle? Copy of COLREGS? Notice of Prohibited Discharges? Where are the appropriate regulations to be found? I presume somewhere in the CFRs, but if so I would appreciate having the search area narrowed down somewhat. Thanks. Tom Carr
