Thanks for that tip,you guys at Nav List are so help full with all the little details on procedures like this.The dip short table I used may not be from Bowditch,so i will get my copy of that grand old text and use it in the future.

Paul,

Are you using the Bowditch dip short table 22 ? Try sitting down on your next effort. This will match a 2.5 ft. height of eye with a 1.9 NM horizon thus eliminating the dip short calculation.
