    Hi Antoine, thanks for reviewing my daytime Venus,
     I may need more practise at splitting the disc of Venus with the line of the horizon,I get such a thrill when Venus pops into sight in the scope that my concentration may lapse a bit and i forget that the devil is in the details!
    Thanks again Paul W Jackson.

    Thank you Paul for your digital photo.
    I printed it, and although it is a bit "dark", when getting back to my computer screen, I was able to "guessread" :
    UT Date / Time of Observation : 08 Sep 2010 / UT=01h28m16s0
    From DR S3648.0E17448.0, with HOE=6.3 ft and Venus Sextant Height=6038'8 (corrected for Sextant Error), assuming that you shot "Venus center of light" over the horizon, and with TT-UT=67.0s I got the following results :
    Intercept = +1.3 NM (i.e. Towards Venus) and Azimut = 0479
    Thank you again
    Antoine
