Not recently but a few years ago. I paid about 700 EUROS for one in an overall very good condition (few minor damages, could be fixed), in the original wooden case with all accessories. It is still in good calibration. Werner
Gents, Any recent knowledge of value regarding the Plath SOLD bubble sextant? I know it would depend largely on condition, and just how much the buyer ( in this case me) is willing to pay and how much he wants one. Would $1000 be out of the realm for one with orignal box and all the assesories? Anyone buy one recently? Would be nice to add to my growing colletion of bubbles.
