Re your 14298, response to my comment about "having run a coupe of LHA's on it ..., looking at your post, playing around with the USPS Aries Calculator, I discovered what my problem was.
Murphy's Law is still in force, as with his mention of "the last document looked at will be the manual....", though he might have added something about "the manual being carefully read", which I hadn't done.
Anyhow, when I CAREFULLY read the instructions for the LHA Aries Calculator, and actually followed them, the answers I got came to be quite close to LHA Aries calculated according to instructions that came with the 2102-D.
Of course, one can read the USPS Calculator only so close, due to the way it prints out, but I believe that I came within a couple of degrees, which should be close enough for setting up the 2102-D.
