    It wasn't your fault. Apparently the default setting of your computer is to
    read HTML.
    
    In respect to it being off topic, there was an extensive discussion going on
    about the Quartermaster rate in the British Merchant Navy which you seem to
    be unaware. What I sent was intended to shed some more light on that topic.
