Here is a JPEG version of the sextant altitude correction form. You can use it with the correction tables in the Nautical Almanac, the Air Almanac, and, probably, any other correction tables.

I thought that I had posted this improved sextant correction before but it appears that I hadn't.
The attached form allows you to use any tables or method to make all the corrections to a shot using only addition. Just use all the lines that apply to the method, table, and body that you have observed.

Addition also has the advantage in that you can do a whole column of additions but must subtract one at a time. I posted a form for correcting sextant observations that only uses addition here

it works because, instead of subtracting from Hs, you can add the same number to Hc and get the same intercept at the end.
