Umland Henning's Javascripts- something's wrong?

Umland Henning developed a series of Javascripts for Almanac data. Trying one of them yielded results inconsistant with USNO or the NA.

Here's the link to the js for LONG TERM ALMANAC.....

Would someone please verify this for me with the following particulars;

Date- January 1, 2015

Time- 16:00:00 UTC

USNO and NA provide the following results;

GHA- 59° 07.4'

Dec- S 22° 59.2'

Henning's js-

GHA- 421° 00' 00''

Dec- S 23° 11' 36''
