Someone asked about information concerning the new version of MICA on CDrom. It covers the years 1990-2005. Cost is $24.95. I haven't ordered it yet since the version I bought in 1995 is good 'til the year 1999. Anyway, the USNO website that talks about MICA as well as other products like the printed Nautical Almanac is: http://aa.usno.navy.mil/AA/ which links also to Willmann-Bell, Inc.: http://www.willbell.com/new/mica.htm which is the company that is publishing MICA for the USNO, and from whom you can order MICA.
