Hello Kermit, Greg,

I just realized that this difference was caused by a typo on my end: my UT was off by 18 minutes. I mindlessly hit TAB without zeroing out cell E2 (= Minutes of UT) - because all my other almanac spreadsheets already have 00 preset in there... except this Polaris one!

So, indeed Lat: N 23d 23.6' and all is well, see attached. :-) Thanks for digging into this.
